For Return and Exchange:
Simply email CustomerService@Nest-Maternity.com within 7 days of receiving product to get a return authorization number (RA#), ship the item back (package must arrive at Nest Maternity within 5 days of RA# date) and you will receive an email confirming your refund to your original credit card used through PayPal processing. Or a new tracking number for your exchanged item.
If you are near the San Francisco area, feel free to come by our store location at 1839 Divisadero Street and return or exchange with your receipt.
